Track Record

The Winnmark Group principals have a long and extensive institutional track record. The principals have performed successfully since 1995 with HSBC Group Holdings, Warburg Pincus, Racebrook Capital, Monday Properties, The Weitzman Group, Essex Capital Partners, Brookwood Group, and Sheldon Good & Company.

In addition, the firm’s principals provide specialized counsel to for-profit institutions, non-profit organizations, families, and individuals - represented by a variety of missions, disciplines, locations, budgetary needs, and leadership styles.

Frequently these same ‘institutional clients’ motivate individuals (who have experienced success within their organization) to employ the firm’s principals knowing they will receive comparable counsel and individualized service in the sale or purchase of their personal real estate - often in exclusive resorts and communities.

All clients receive customized proposals—setting forth details re: the situation; specific needs; goals and objectives; as well as a detailed budget, and implementation and reporting schedule—and require critical marketplace analysis and planning which then informs strategic decision-making and proper allocation of personnel and resources.   In the end, informed purchase and/or disposition decisions are made.  As one would expect, these relationships evolve over time as goals are achieved.  Trust, transparency, confidentiality (and sensitivity) are critical during and after the completion of a project.

Major corporate, developer, and institutional clients have included: ING/Clarion, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, JP Morgan, HSBC, NEBF, UBS, Cushman & Wakefield, ASB Capital Management, Lehman Brothers, The Related Companies, The Trump Organization, Forest City Ratner Company, Draper & Kramer, Mosbacher Properties, Muss Development, and MP Interactive / e-Builder.

Non-profit clients have included Virginia Commonwealth University, the Jewish Arts Foundation, the Pittsburgh Symphony Society, Citizens Reunited to Overcome Cancer, Quest Theatre and Institute, Seattle Art Museum, Palm Beach County Council of the Arts, Tougaloo College, Business Volunteers for the Arts, Zamir Choral Foundation, Cartoon Museum of America, and FANO (Florida Association of Nonprofit Organizations).

Numerous confidential assignments have also been performed for high-profile individuals, families, and estates.
